Aida grow up in the Baltic region surrounded by forests, rivers, meadows and lakes. Her classical music studies allowed her to develop will power, determination as well as sensitivity to very subtle parts of existence.
Once graduated BA in audiovisuals she left on journeys exploring unknown parts of the Earth. Eventually she took up a yoga practice and traveled in India learning Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga in a classical approach. Later she was introduced to Yin Yoga, grace to Betty Papadopoulou and Biff Mithoefer, which is somehow a contra part for the traditional yoga practice and balances it out, while meditation was and is constantly involved on her path.
After a while Aida discovered Zen Shiatsu and felt a great calling for that. Today Aida has settled down on the island in Chania Crete where she feels a strong connection with the nature – the land and the people. This is where she continues practicing and offering her gifts.
