INNER HARVEST

Slow Living Yoga & Creative Retreat: Reconnect and Reset

22-27 September 2026, Evia Island, Greece

As summer slowly fades and nature begins to turn inward, this is a time for pause. A time to step away from constant doing, soften the pace, and reconnect with what truly matters. Inner Harvest is a 6–day slow living yoga and creative retreat in Greece designed for those who want to step away from a busy mind, tune into themselves through the pace of nature, and awaken a more intentional way of living through heartfelt reflection.

Location: Asmini, Evia Island, Greece
Dates: 22-27 September 2026

The timing

This time of year gently invites a slowing down, a moment to take stock, and to reconnect with what has been growing within. Inner Harvest is designed to align with this natural rhythm — a space to pause, reflect, and gather what feels meaningful.

This retreat is intentionally held during a powerful seasonal threshold. It takes place around the autumn equinox, a moment of balance between light and dark, and the September full moon — the harvest moon, traditionally associated with completion, reflection, and gratitude.

What to expect

Inner Harvest offers a gentle and nourishing rhythm of daily yoga, bodywork, rest, and creative exploration. Rooted in simplicity and presence, it invites you to step away from daily demands and reconnect with what feels essential.

For whom

Open to anyone seeking space, rest, and a deeper connection with themselves. Previous experience isn’t required.

A seasonal journey through the elements

Throughout the retreat, the experience moves in resonance with the five elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine — earth, metal, water, wood, and fire. Each day carries a different tone, shaping the practices and the shared space.

Rather than learning about the elements, the invitation is to feel them — through movement, breath, and quiet awareness. A subtle rhythm begins to emerge, supporting balance and a deeper attunement to both inner and outer nature.

A small and intimate group

The retreat is intentionally kept small, with a maximum of 10 participants. This allows for a more personal, attentive, and supportive space — where each person is seen as an individual on their own journey. There is room for both connection and solitude, sharing and silence.
