Y O G A

From my practice to yours, I share tools and pathways for returning to your pure self.

Through awareness of body, movement, breath, mind, thoughts, emotions we realise this embodiment is a continuous flow of energy, flow of life. A spiritual practice, a Sadhana is when we full heartedly turn dedication to devotion.

H A T H A   Y O G A is a classical yoga sadhana through breath and posture – asana, most widely known today. In Hatha Yoga the body is seen as an instrument while the practice is done in order to maintain it in tune. movements, postures, breathing techniques are used accordingly to personal needs and aims.

My style up to this day has formed through over fifteen years of practice and has come to a gentle and at the same time strong approach informed by profound teachings that came my way and inspired by teachers I had honour meeting.

Y I N   Y O G A is often called a “quiet practice” and works as a counter part to dynamic and invigorating practices as well as busy and often stressful living style. In Yin Yoga mostly seated postures are practiced and are usually held for several minutes in order to access a safe and positive ‘stress’ on the deep layers of connective tissues in the body. Physically, Yin Yoga restores and maintains the natural mobility of the joints, primarily between the navel and the knees as well as all over the body. Energetically, it emphasises on the meridians – energy lines, balancing the flow of energy, allowing to release and nourishing where needed it supports equilibrium on emotional level too.
